1. The surface of the dryer product seems to be too warm.
As the dry house works, warm winds can be transmitted to the surface through the passage of air inside. It is not a malfunction, but if you put something on the product or put it in close contact, the internal safety sensor may cause malfunction, so please always check the surroundings.
2. Cold wind comes out during dry
If the dryer is not used properly, the built-in thermal protection device will detect the fault and stop the heater operation. If the symptoms continue, check that the filter is not blocked and that there are no obstructions near the inlet and outlet.
3. There is no difference between low-temperature wind and high-temperature wind in the dryer
The PTC heater used in the dry house works and takes a little time to reach the set temperature. In addition, the heater may be slightly different in operation to maintain the set temperature by utilizing the internal sensor. Please use with confidence.
4. It smells when using the dryer for the first time
Inside the dry house, various materials including plastic are used, which may cause a sudden or temporary heat smell from various parts. If it is not a malfunction, but in case the smell persists during use, please contact nearest Customer Service Center.
5. Dry time is different
The dry house has good performance, but dry time can vary depending on the degree of water removal with towel, the length of the fur of the animal, ambient humidity, and temperature. Remove water as much as possible after shower, and take a special care for removing water on the buttocks and bottom of the feet.
6. Dry is over but the dryer still works
The internal heat generated during operation of the dryer remains inside the product, which is the sound of the fan rotating to release heat. The fan will operate for 30 seconds after the beep sounds and the power will be turned off. However, if there is no sound and immediately shut down after completing, it may cause malfunction. It is not a failure so don't worry about it.
7. The product is not working
First, make sure that the power cord is plugged into the outlet correctly. It must be connected to the 220V power supply. Please use it independently on a wall outlet. In case of using the product with muliful-tap with other products, it may not work properly due to insufficient capacity.
